Madison Shoe Repair & Bootery accepts returns of unworn, undamaged merchandise purchased online or in store for a refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment.

Online returns must be unworn and received within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
