As many of you know, the Madison Shoe Repair brick-and-mortar shop is no longer open to the public. After road construction challenges and rising overhead costs, I made the tough call to close the University Avenue location and move operations off-site.

Since then, I’ve taken on a full-time job to support my family, so the shop is now running on a part-time, mail-in-only basis.

That said—I’m still here and now taking in repairs on a limited basis!

I'm continuing to work through existing repairs and will notify customers as items are completed. Because this is now a part-time operation, turnaround times may be longer than usual, and exact timelines can't be guaranteed.

If you'd prefer to have your unrepaired items returned, feel free to email me to arrange shipment.
